Paint & Paper Library Pure Flat Emulsion is a high opacity, low odour matt water-based emulsion paint that dries to a soft chalky finish. The high pigmentation gives a profound depth of colour and the flattest emulsion available. The paint is also micro-porous, to allow the fabric of a building to breathe.

Product Description
The deep matt wipeable finish is ideally suited to bedrooms, living rooms, dining areas and other low traffic areas.
Available in 750ml, 2.5 litre and 5 litre size, in Paint Library's full colour range tinted in house by us on our Little Greene and Paint and Paper machine

We can tint this paint to the full range of Paint Library's colours.
